5.Cause of occurrence:

The Company and Lextar Electronics Corp. had passed a resolution on August

7, 2020, at the extraordinary meeting of shareholders to form a joint

investment shareholding company - ENNOSTAR Inc. through shares conversion,

which was approved by the Taiwan Stock Exchange through letter

No. 10900153641 dated September 8, 2020, and the letter No. 10900173081

dated September 24, 2020. The listed industry category and stock code of

ENNOSTAR Inc. are ”Optical Industry” and ”3714” respectively, and the stock

conversion basis date is tentatively set to January 6, 2021.

This case was approved by the Taiwan Fair Trading Commission on September

9, 2020, and the Company received unconditional approval from the China

Market Supervision Administration for this case today. After the mutual

discussion between both the Chairman of the Company and LEXTAR, the share

conversion base date is set as January 6, 2021, as scheduled. The relevant
