 The Jury of US district court made a verdict....Epistar Infringement....

 Epistar was accused of infringing Boston University's '738 patent and the

 jury awarded the university US$ 9.3 million (about NT $ 300 million), which

 will be decided by the judge later.

 The case remains in the litigation process. We are disappointed and
